Filler

We were so excited to finally have a hole in the ground and now that it is filled we are even more excited. As you can see over the last few days they have attached the window wells, finished the rough plumbing, back filled, and done a rough grade. The front of the house is only about 10 yards from the sidewalk, which we think is good because it gives us more usable space in the backyard. Hopefully tomorrow they will pour the basement and garage floors. Framing should start Monday and take 6-7 working days. According to the builder, we should be done by Nov. 21. Based on the schedule he gave us yesterday, that seems realistic and he is aware and responsive to our need to finish and occupy by Dec. 1 so we can claim the tax credit.
