The finish carpenter has been putting in a lot of work this week. He has hung all the interior doors, put the trim around the doors, built in the closet shelving, trimmed the window sills and installed the railing and banister. I couldn't be happier with the results on the railing and iron work. The trim above the doors was a little touch we added and I think it came out well. The installers came and put up the hardie board so we have a pretty good idea of the final product. This week should see interior painting and we should have rock hung on the exterior and around the fireplace. I am not sure when to expect exterior paint and they may be doing that before we get the exterior rock.
